Dru & Tom’s wedding

Dru and Tom really are the icing on the cake for us film makers. Both genuinely lovely people and gorgeous on camera too! Their fun loving and friendly nature has made making their wedding day come back to life on the screen a true pleasure. Bride Dru had met us at a wedding show at her chosen wedding venue Ashridge House. Its always lovely to meet couples at wedding shows as its a real ice breaker and its really nice to hear their wishes for the film. Before we knew it, we were hired and the planning started.

Gorgeous people say ‘I do’ at Ashridge

SOVP are no strangers to Ashridge House as we are thankful recommended suppliers. However, every time we return to this perfect venue its a fresh start and that is how we approach every wedding film commission. Dru and Tom arranged the perfect day to celebrate this new chapter in their lives with family and friends. We also felt like guests from the start and had alot of fun with the couple throughout the day.

The coverage for their day included the bridal prep and groom prep/sports activities and went all the way until the dance floor was packed! The day was filled with love, laughter and happiness.

Working alongside photographer and friend Ivan Finch was fabulous as always too. He makes things very easy and relaxed.

Its been such a pleasure capturing the memories for these lovely newlyweds and hope their wedding film serves as a lasting memory for many many many years to come!xx
